1. Return & Refund Policy Overview

At Ami Jewels, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every piece of jewelry we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a return within the stipulated return window outlined below. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

2. Return Window

Customers must return within 5 (five) business days from the date of delivery. Any return after this 5 day window will not be accepted under any circumstances. We strongly encourage you to inspect your order thoroughly upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any concerns.

3. Conditions for Return

A return or exchange will be accepted only if the following conditions are met:

  • The return is within 5 business days of delivery.
  • The product is received in a damaged, defective, or broken condition due to manufacturing or transit.
  • The item received is different from what was ordered (wrong product, wrong size, or incorrect specifications).
  • The product is in its original packaging, unused, unworn, and accompanied by the original invoice/receipt.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling after delivery.
  • Items that have been worn, used, or altered in any way, including repairs by a third-party jeweler.
  • Return after the 5 business day return window has expired.

5. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow the steps below within 5 business days of receiving your order:

  • Step 1: Contact our customer support team via email or phone.
  • Step 2: Provide your order number, date of delivery, and a clear unboxing video or photographs clearly showing the issue with the product.
  • Step 3: Our quality assurance team will review your request and respond within 24 to 48 hours with a return authorization or resolution.
  • Step 4: If the return is approved, ship the item back to us in its original packaging. We will provide the return shipping address and detailed instructions.
  • Step 5: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund or arrange a replacement.

6. Inspection & Verification

Once we receive the returned product, our quality assurance team will inspect the item within 3 business days. If the damage is confirmed as a manufacturing defect or a transit issue, we will proceed with the replacement or refund as per your preference. If the damage is found to have occurred after delivery due to customer handling, the return request will be declined and the product will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

7. Refund Process

Once a return is approved and the product has been received and inspected successfully:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • For payments made via UPI, Debit Card, or Credit Card, the refund amount will be credited directly back to the source account/wallet.

8. Exchanges & Replacement

For items eligible for an exchange due to damage or defect, our priority is to provide a replacement of the exact same design. If the identical design is no longer available, you may select an alternative item of equivalent value or request a full refund. If the replacement item is readily available, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days. For new or custom designs, please allow 15 to 20 days for delivery, as crafting times vary based on the complexity of the piece.

9. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process described above.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • If the cancellation is approved, a full refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Once production has commenced any order cannot be cancelled. To avoid this we recommand to initiate cancellation request within 12 hours of placing the order.
